Darlene Kennedy, serves as our Indiana CETL Ambassador with the IN CTO Council, our state chapter of COSN.  The IN CTO Council is dedicated to supporting and enhancing the professional growth of Technology Administrators and education leaders who use technology to improve teaching and learning.  Indiana is one of the top states in the number of individuals with Certified Educational Technology Leaders Certification (CETL), in which is proudly supported by the IN CTO Council board members and leaders throughout the state.

The CETL program is an accredited certification program available to educational technology leaders that leans into the Framework of Essential Skills of the K-12 CTO that bridges three categories:

• Leadership & Vision
• Understanding the Educational Environment
• Managing Technology & Support Resources
